The founder of Align Consultancy is a designer, trouble-shooter, and change management consultant with four decades of experience across all areas of design, construction, and the corporate, public, and private sectors, including town center developments. She has helped organizations save time and money, restructure teams, introduce focused training, adapt policies and improve branding. She also has lectured in design and business. The Align Consultancy team’s work also includes international experience in leisure and entertainment, supporting high-profile events, hotels, and restaurants.
